When you beat the game, you can go to a menu with all of these cheats listed. You must beat the game to have access to them. To activate any of the codes, first pause the game and hold the L and R buttons down while putting them in.
Restore Health: B, B, X, X
Perfect Mode: X, DOWN, Y, A
Always Devastating: Y, UP, Y, DOWN
Have Upgrades: UP, DOWN, Y, B
Infinite Second Weapon: B, B, DOWN, X
Invicibility: B, X, B, UP

Pause the game, hold L + R and tap A, B, A, UP.

Press START and hold the L and R buttons. Then press Y, UP, B, A. This should unlock them. You will know it worked if you hear a metal “clank” sound.

Get out your ranged weapon, press and hold Y, R, and A at the same time, and then you should fire faster.
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King Hint: Hidden Experience Runes
When playing “Minas Tirith – Top of the Wall” and you have defeated all of the siege towers–when you don’t have to worry about the ladders anymore–go towards the stairway to leave. But instead of going down the stairs, go to your left (characters’ right) up the tower and there will be about seven experience runes. They will give you 1,000 experience points each.
