If you have played World of Warcraft for any amount of time, you will be able to relate to what I’m about to share with you.
For the first time ever, I’m sharing my self-used secrets of the power of leveling, which I have used to make over 12 level 70’s! (and many more if you count the ones I helped with friends).

Look, if I wasn’t the guy who used this system multiple times, and seen the process with my own two eyes, there’s NO WAY I’d believe it was true. In other words, I know how you feel.
So let me set the record straight by pulling back the curtain right now and showing you exactly how this happened…
Here’s The “True Story” Behind The Fiercest Competitive Gamer Around Today
I know you’ve heard people talk about “competitive gamers” before, you know.. the ones who have no job.. no life, and they Eat, Sleep and Breath gaming..
So right now, I’m going to set the records straight and let you inside the mind of a real “Pro Gamer”.
I started playing World of Warcraft just like you. Completely blind to any concept of the game.
In fact, I’m pretty embarassed to admit that my first character took 24 days (in-game /played time) to hit level 60! (This is before The Burning Crusade).
Unfortunately I made that character before I found out my buddies from work were playing on a different server. They talked me into switching servers and playing with them.
I thought about it for a long time, because I remembered how hard it was previously to level to 60! It would take me FOREVER to catch up with them. By this time, they were already levels 30-45.
I made the choice to abandon my first character to play with them which..
Turned Out To Be The Best Decision I Ever Made!
By switching servers it made me extremely competitive in wanting to catch up with my friends.
I started to get tired of being picked on at work for being the “lowbie” or by other guildmates that we met inside the game.
The truth was, I didn’t have as much time to invest in the game as everyone else did. So I needed to find another alternative to even the playing field.
Frankly, I Was Just Tired Of Being Picked On!
I decided to use my time to discover as much as I could about the leveling process! I knew that what I did before took TOO long so I had to find a new way.
I looked around and read forums, talked to other high level characters.. and most importantly I kept close tabs on people on my server.
I noticed some players were BURNING passed me. After I spent a while frustrated wondering how people who played less than me could level quicker, I decided to question them!
Players..Being Helpful? HAH!
These players would not budge. I could barely get any secrets out of them. The only thing I figured out was “questing”, and “quest cycles”.
They told me that questing gives off MUCH more experience then grinding ever could, and you will level much quicker. I never liked quests because it took too much time to figure them out!
Even though I had to go through the head-ache of learning new quests, and completing the objects my leveling speed increased quickly!
My second character only took 11 Days and 15 hours! Not only that but I passed up two out of the four friends! MISSION SUCCESSFUL!
They Chose Me!
Eventually we began to raid. Unfortunately one of our healers quit the game! Since our server was dead we decided to have someone level a new character for us..
That person ended up being me. Since I leveled so quickly before they wanted me to level up again so we can get raiding again!
I had no problem because I wanted to beat my previous time. This also gave me a reason to fine-tune the system I was working with!
It Amazed Them.. and ME!
It only took 6 DAYS to level my next character (This was only to level 60)! In just a little over one weeks time we were back to raiding!
Sadly, after a few months I was stuck in another tough decision.
Our server was completely dead. This made my friends quit. I didn’t want to play on a dead server with no guild and no friends.
This is when I decided to join a new server which happened to be during the release of Burning Crusade. This would really put my leveling skills to the test. Everyone would start out at Level 1 and it would be a race to level 70!
Was It Just a Fluke?
To be honest with you, I was very confident that I could hit level 70 first. But this was the time to put my methods and skills to the test! Not only that but it fine tuned my system EVEN FURTHER!
I’m going to be honest with you. I was not the first person to hit level 70! I was only the 4th person to hit level 70. (I think If I played as much as all of them I could have taken them!)
But the proof is in the stat…
I hit level 70 in just 7 Days, 21 hours!
Around the same time, blizzard thought they would try to help players level quicker by releasing PATCH 2.3.
This patch made it quicker for everyone to level. Levels 20-60 were shortened. Not only that but quests gave more experience!
I tweaked and tested my proven system for leveling from 1-70 in the new patch 2.3
I was not dissapointed… my final run showed the best leveling time yet..
Only 6 Days 7 Hours On My Final Run!
So let’s take a short recap on my characters histories and show you step-by-step the leveling speeds I had.
Character Play Time
First Character (Warlock to Level 60) 24 Days+
Second Character (Mage to Level 60) 11 Days 15 Hours
Third Character (Priest To Level 60) 6 Days 12 Hours
Fourth Character (Hunter to Level 70) 7 Days 21 Hours
Fifth Character (Rogue to Level 70) 7 Days 5 Hours
Sixth Character (Warrior to Level 70) 6 Days 7 Hours!
