Beware of potential frauds that claim to be SwagVault.com!

Due SwagVault’s position as a market leader in MMORPG products and services, there have been some recent cases where people pretend to be SwagVault empoloyees and attempt to defraud our customers by stealing in game currency or items.
We would like to clarify that SwagVault will never ask for anything from our customers in game – we never ask customers to return anything after it has been delivered. We always ask customers to come to Live Chat or email to resolve any issues.
If anyone approach you in game claiming to be from SwagVault and asks you to return a delivery that was already made, or ask you to give him some currency first so he can make arragements to complete order delivery, do not comply with the request. If you do have any concerns with an order, always contact us through Live Chat or email and never through anyone claiming to be from SwagVault in game.
