As a Fury Warrior dual-wielding 2-handers thanks to Titan's Grip, what is my hitcap? I do have Precision which gives me a 3% chance to hit bonus. I haven't been able to find definitive numbers about what my hit cap will be at level 80. Thanks for the help!

Who can explain exactly how rare spawns in Northrend work? I've heard multiple theories - from "Every 20 or so hours for spawn," to "Only one rare mob is alive at a time, and the next one doesn't spawn until that one dies," etc.
