As others mentioned yesterday, the Scryers elevator in Shattrath is a pretty good place. You just jump off the left side, making sure you hit the ground and not the ramp or any of that sticky-uppy stuff. You should get the achievement no problem. There are lots of other random places where you can get it, but that’s the easiest landmark to point out. Port to Shattrath, fly up, jump off, all done.
