Warhammer online Glitch: lvl 40 instant respawn, chaos wastes

Near the topright corner of the Chaos Wastes map:
there is a mob named “Templar Armand” standing under a tree that instantly respawns.
Additionally, the non-aggro mobs that are near him dont pull with him no matter whether you are Order or Destruction.
