Lord of the Rings Arrives

Later this year, Lionsgate Home Entertainment will release The Lord of the Rings: The Motion Picture Trilogy on Blu-ray.
Not much is known thus far about the high definition release of Peter Jackson’s epic trilogy, but we do know it’s coming in 2009 and we’ve got the price and box art. It will contain bonus materials and extra features, though none have currently been announced, and the Blu-ray will be available for the MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) of $99.98.
