Is there any reason that JC, fishing and cooking are the only professions with daily quests? I love those dailies and I feel more profession specific dailies would enhance the professions themselves.

I suspect that there will be more profession dailies added in later. Some of the professions have rather expensive items to make or obtain, so I’d think a few new recipes would have to be added in or some general retooling would need to be done first.
