The first is a good "All Round Solo" Assassin. The second is a "Fast Levelling Expensive" Assassin. Finally we have a "Party Specialist" Assassin.

Your dex can be whatever you want, the lower the better, DEX only helps min damage before you get weapon mastery, and adds some acc (0.8). most cap dex really low these days and rarely anyone has more than 60-70 base dex anymore and having 4 dex is very do-able ...
