Solo Dragon Knight Skill Builds Overview

This article introduce the Maplestory Solo Dragon Knight Skill Builds.

NOTICE: THESE BUILDS ARE ONLY A RECOMMENDATION BY ME! Whether you choose to follow these exactly or not is up to you.

Pure Spear DK Builds:
+30 Spear Crusher
+30 Spear Fury
+10 Elemental Resistance
+3 Sacrifice
+30 Dragon Roar
+27 Sacrifice
+10 Elemental Resistance
+10 Dragon Blood
+1 Power Crash

~Dragon Blood Included
+30 Spear Crusher
+1 Elemental Resistance * (Instant 12% Elemental defense)
+20 Dragon Blood
+9 Elemental Resistance
A)+30 Spear Fury
B)+3 Sacrifice
+30 Dragon Roar
+18 Sacrifice
+10 Elemental Resistance

Tip: Spear wielding Dragon Knights should add 1 into Spear Fury just for mobbing purposes. Adding 10 Elemental Resistance early will help with soloing if you end up not finding a Priest and don’t want to go to FoG or just sit around doing nothing. If you prefer not to, add at least 1 to get the immediate 12% Elemental Defense.

Pure Polearm DK Builds:
+30 Polearm Fury
+30 Sacrifice
+10 Elemental Resistance
+30 Dragon Roar
A1)+10 Elemental Resistance
A2)+30 Polearm Crusher
+10 Dragon Blood
+1 Power Crash

+10 Spear Fury (More power for KB, and nowhere else to put it into)
+10 Elemental Resistance

Tip: This build will level faster in the 70’s than the following build, but will level slightly slower in the 80’s. B1 leans more towards Papulatus runs for bomb control, and B2 leans more towards increasing the power of 1 on 1 while using a Polearm

~Polearm Fury first
+30 Polearm Fury
A1)+10 Elemental Resistance
A2)+30 Spear Crusher + 1 Spear Fury (Spear Fury for mobbing purposes with Spear)
+3 Sacrifice
B1)+30 Dragon Roar
B2)+27 Sacrifice

+10 Spear Fury (More power for KB, and nowhere else to put it into)

Tip: This is a great build for those who went Pure Spear, but want to change into Hybrids. Points were taken out of Sacrifice, Dragon Blood, and Spear Fury.
Max PA mastery if you feel you need the 1 acc.

Tip: This is a reverse of the build listed above. Generally though, benefits will not be seen until the 4th job or bossing. Points were taken out of Sacrifice, Dragon Blood, and Spear Fury.
