So many things these days are annoying me about Warhammer. I just don’t understand why I am still playing this game sometimes. Earlier in the day I was having a blast, and the last few hours were slow and boring.

My first rant is waiting for zones to dominate. It is absolutely boring. Usually the other faction leaves the zone, until the timers get to a critical point for a quick ninja. In the meantime we are stuck twiddling our thumbs. The time vs renown gain ratio is horrid most days. If you are constantly zone flipping you spend more time getting no renown than gaining renown except for the bonuses. Mathematically its a huge waste of time.

My second rant today is both factions flipping to a fort within minutes. Both factions know that attacking sucks since the population cap nerf again at forts so both just went to their respective forts and sat there for an hour for nothing. It sucks because its not like you can go flip objectives in another zone, do scenarios, are farm renown anywhere else. It basically brings the server to a standstill.

Make some kind of change that if a fort door doesn’t reach a certain level by the first 10-15 mins that the fort flips back immediately instead of waiting the whole hour. I am getting really sick of spending most of my play time standing around waiting with no reward, but a huge consequence if we left it undefended.
