LOTRO Welcomes Back Old Players

Turbine has announced that former Lord of the Rings Online players can log back into the game for a week, free of charge, from tomorrow as part of its ‘Welcome Back Week’.
From the 15 – 21 October, players can pick up where they left off and play their old characters for free, and there’s a 25% bonus to XP thrown in too. In addition, players who decide to continue playing LOTRO and sign up for one of the multi-month subscription offers will get the upcoming expansion, Siege of Mirkwood, for free.
The offer is currently only open to US players, find out more at the US LOTRO site.
