Instant Travel Vehicle: How to get it if Veteran, and how to use it

For $19.77 (bought mine from wallmart), any Veteran/New Player can summon Instant Travel Vehicle to go to any shuttleport/starports on that planet, even when they are in player towns, you can not use it in NPC Towns though.

Call For Pickup
/ca can be use to summon this item, or hotkey the actual command from your commands list.
