As it stands right now, when a blue or epic item is dropped in an instance, players have several options to choose from: Need, greed or pass. A recent glance at the new Patch 3.3 PTR UI changes shows some new strings:
LOOT_ROLL_DISENCHANT = "%s has selected Disenchant for: %s";
